to aid sleep, a few drops on the pillow at bedtime

to combat muscle and joint pain, diluted in a neutral cream and applied to the painful area
as a remedy for burns, insect bites, sunburn, jellyfish stings, a few drops applied directly to the affected area
as a repellent for many insects, including mosquitoes, a few drops on wrists and ankles
for the treatment of acne, one drop on the affected area.
